Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I care for Yahna knitwear?

All items are machine washable on a delicate cycle (30°C) or hand washable. We recommend laying the knitwear flat to dry to maintain softness and shape.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each item is made to order, so we currently do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

3. How long will my order take to ship?

All items are handmade and shipped within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

4. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S., feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

5. Why the name “Yahna”? What does it mean?

Yahna is named after my grandmother — the woman who gave me warmth, strength, and inspiration. She was my safe space, and now I try to knit that same feeling into every piece I make.

The name carries her love, and I hope it brings a little of that into your home too.
